Your success in this role will come from: Tertiary qualifications in risk management, law, public administration, or a related field (essential).Extensive experience in risk, governance, compliance, and critical infrastructure management (essential).Proven ability to build and maintain constructive relationships across all levels of the organisation (essential).Strong influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (essential).Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly (essential).Familiarity with the water industry or similar utilities (essential).Knowledge of governance practices in large organizations (desirable).Ability to hold an Australian National Security Clearance (essential).Ability to navigate complex political and legislative environments with minimal direction.
