Corporate Administrator – 20 Hours Per Week

We are currently seeking a corporate administrator to make a real contribution to the continued success of our Brisbane Office.
About the role
This is a part time (20 hours/ week) role, but you will be an integral member for our growing and diverse team of multi-disciplinary consultants and engineers. This role will require you to provide corporate administrative support to our 70 person Brisbane team, reporting directly to our QLD State Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive corporate team, who encourage autonomy and creativity in the role, with the ability to prioritize your own workload. The role will be based in our Brisbane office and is offered on a permanent part-time basis.
As part of this driven, supportive, and collaborative team, you will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing the coordination and administration of all office location services mattersincluding liaising with building owners and related service providers
2. Maintenance of general procurement including mobile phones, PPE and office furniture
3. Coordination of facilities, company vehicles and suppliers
4. Internal / external event coordination and support
5. Assisting with onboarding of new starters
6. Coordination of Health, Safety and Environment requirements related to the office
7. Championing office related initiatives, policies and procedures
You will be the go-to person for all things administration relating to the Brisbane office and play a pivotal role in connecting with the other corporate functions.
