APS5 HR Advisor – Pay and Conditions, Canberra About the role
The HR Advisor Pay and Conditions is responsible for a range of activities related to employee pay, superannuation, and terms and conditions of employment.
This includes providing expert advice and guidance to staff and resolving complex pay-related enquiries.
The HR Advisor Pay and Conditions takes a lead role in prioritising the work of the team and undertaking quality assurance activities.
With knowledge of SAP, or the ability to quickly obtain this knowledge, the HR Advisor Pay and Conditions produces regular employee-related reporting and is responsible for all pay run processes.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications and experience in HR, particularly in pay and conditions management.
Desirable qualifications and experience
Experience with SAP or similar HR systems is desirable.
