These roles may be based out of WaterNSW office locations across New South Wales (subject to availability), preferred locations include Albury, Leeton, Parramatta, Newcastle, Nowra, Forbes, Dubbo, Tamworth, Narrabri, or Grafton.

What you’ll do:
* Review and process licence, dealing and approval applications, to meet customer requirements and ensure compliance with legislation and WaterNSW standards, policies and procedures.
* Provide high level customer service, and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
* Prepare regular reporting as required to monitor and provide insights into the processing of applications. Ensure where possible, applications meet or exceed WNSW customer service standards.
What we are looking for:
* Diploma or degree in relevant discipline, or relevant equivalent industry experience
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including how to review, interpret and apply legislation within the workplace
* Experience working within a regulated environment to process customer applications
* Experience in the use of corporate systems and databases to process requests including the accurate storage and extraction of information
* Excellent customer service skills and experience to respond to customer enquiries and resolving customer conflict, in an appropriate manner.
* Mapping and Geo Spatial experience
* Current NSW Drivers Licence
