About You: 2 years’ experience in leadership or management role. Understanding of the Disability Service sector. Demonstrated experience in providing collaborative leadership. Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to adapt communication style to differing needs and negotiate and manage conflict, escalating where necessary. Excellent administration skills with high attention to detail. Excellent computer literacy and the ability to adapt to changing business needs, adopting new systems and technology to support business and customer requirements. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Ability to travel interstate and intrastate as and when required. Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence (unrestricted) and willingness to use personal vehicle, in accordance with Aruma policy for work purposes if required.
