You will be responsible for delivering new equipment to large farms and looking to build a network of customers that can call you if they have technical issues or wish to buy more equipment from one of the successful branches throughout Country NSW. You will be put through manufacturer training and have the opportunity to support and sell this equipment and look to drive market share and secure new capital equipment sales.This role has some serious competition for other local OEMs, and it’s important that you not only have technical commercial skills but also have a proven relationship with long-term customers in the area. Within your portfolio, you have the following machines to sell to customers:Rotary RakesDisc MowersWagonsSquare BailersRotary TeddersThis technology has been designed to stand the test of time, with the equipment built in Europe and tested all over the world. You will have the ability to sell this equipment throughout central NSW. You need to have a strong technical understanding and, more importantly, have the commercial acumen to deliver this to key customers.Candidate Requirements5+ Years in Selling Mobile Agg equipment – Hay Equipment or TractorsYou Must have Sales experienceContact with farmers throughout Central NSWPassionate and highly technical in salesWe ideally are searching for someone that has come off the land, used this equipment, then moved and either worked for the OEM or a major AGG dealer.This opportunity is offering a salary package of base + car + superannuation, tools of trade, and company expenses. There are staff days and customer field days plus conferences.
