Your RoleThe DuluxGroup Wyong site manufactures a range of products sold into various markets and channels. The site is critical to the group's continued growth and success. As the Site Manager you will have a high impact leadership role across the manufacturing function. You will be a positive, collaborative leader that can bring large groups of people along the same journey while consistently looking for improvements and innovation. You are part of a wider network of leaders within the DuluxGroup which you can collaborate and learn with as well as managing key business unit stakeholders.
