The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Winter & Taylor, Corio. This position is permanent, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. We are seeking a Customer Service professional who will be assisting and supporting our wider team and managers with administration support including customer bookings and invoicing. A professional phone manner and positive attitude are a must. Role Responsibilities Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly Greeting customers on arrival Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles Contacting customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience Telephone and email correspondence Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables, etc.) Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs Does this sound like you?
