This is an exciting chance to work with one of Australia's most recognised FMCG brands in a true generalist role - where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for recruitment agencies, ensuring hiring managers are supported throughout the process.
Manage contract variations, inductions, and onboarding.
Provide HR reporting and action engagement survey outcomes with managers.
Support and coach managers on ER matters, including performance management and absenteeism.
Handle HR administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Oversee cyclical HR activities, such as performance reviews.
Contribute to a variety of HR projects.
Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Advisor, or HR Business Partner —we're open to different levels of experience, as long as you have the right attitude.
A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and own tasks.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative and can-do attitude, with excellent problem-solving skills.
