The Opportunity: Come and join our team We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Wangaratta. You will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following: Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home Providing support with hygiene and personal care Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication Meal assistance which may include meal preparation To be successful in this role you will have: A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual support At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain Comprehensive Car Insurance Reliable vehicle and an Australian licence What shifts are we offering? Client 1: Monday to Friday 7.30am- 10.30am 7.00pm - 9.00pm Client 2: Monday to Friday 24/7 Support Additional shifts available in the area.
