You will be accountable for the club's performance and effectively lead the team by embracing a balanced approach to managing the business and cultivating an environment in which our BELONG values can thrive. You will be responsible for ensuring that all locations are working efficiently and effectively to meet the Anytime Fitness brand's goals and objectives. You will also ensure your team are delivering an exceptional member experience whilst building a strong and welcoming community. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies that improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase profitability whilst upholding the brand's commitment to inspiring healthier lives.Responsibilities Lead and manage and oversee the daily operations of all departmentsMonitor and analyse KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionsOversee recruitment, training and development of staff to ensure high standards are maintainedDevelop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the club is meeting its financial targetsDevelop and implement key strategies that improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase member base and profitabilityEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsManage and develop a team of employees, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they are performing at their bestAssist with the growth of the brand in conjunction with the directors of the businessesAbout You You're passionate about fitness, driven by results, and ready to lead by example. You also bring:Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (highly desirable)Proven 5 years experience as an Operations/Area/Regional Manager or similar roleStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both staff and membersAbility to lead, inspire, and motivate a team, fostering a positive and inclusive cultureExperience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisKnowledge of relevant regulations and standardsWhy Join Us?
