About the Office of Student and University Planning The Office of Student and University Planning which plays a critical role in equipping the University with robust data processing and analytics, enabling evidence-based strategic planning and enhancing services for staff and students.
The Office consists of two key sections: Data Integrity, Quality and Operations (DIQO) and Competitive Intelligence and Analytics (CIA).
DIQO are responsible for the delivery of student and curriculum administration services that enable the University to deliver a distinctly student-centred experience through technology, effective systems design and administration and a primacy on data integrity and service quality.
The Curriculum Operations Support Officer position is part of the Curriculum Operations Team and is integral to maintaining and optimising curriculum data and information across the University's core systems.
About the Opportunity As a Curriculum Operations Support Officer, you will take ownership of maintaining and enhancing curriculum data across critical systems, including the Student Management System, DegreeWorks, and the Handbook.
In collaboration with the team, the Curriculum Operations Support Officer will develop standards and protocols to ensure the integrity and consistency of curriculum data across all platforms.
This role involves working closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the University, driving streamlined processes, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to optimal outcomes for staff and students alike.
This is a Full-Time, Fixed-Term Position until 3 March 2026.
The position will be based at Western's Penrith (Kingswood) Campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.
