Today we employ over 1,800 exceptional individuals, with roughly 35% based in Regional Australia, and together we service over 1.5 million tonnes of temperature-controlled freight every year across the country.The Opportunity:This role is an integral member of our National Transport Office Team and will be responsible for the successful running of our Linehaul operations. The primary purpose of this position is liaising with the drivers, operations staff, compliance and customers.In this role you will be responsible for:Allocation of drivers and scheduled runsCommunication of departure and arrival times with driversKnowledge of driver fatigue and mass in accordance with legislative requirementsMaximising the utilisation of fleet to achieve optimal operational efficiencyImplementation and enforcement of processes and business rulesEnsuring drivers conduct is in line with company policies and proceduresAchieving customer satisfaction and quality service by ensuring all "on time" driver performanceThis role is structured around a day shift roster, running from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of occasional weekend shifts.
