The successful candidate will be instrumental in converting technical, process-driven documents into engaging webpages and interactive digital content. This role is pivotal in supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of a SharePoint-based formal document management system.
Duties: Maintain and develop content in SharePoint to support staff interaction with business units. Assist in content publication including creating, editing, reviewing, and archiving digital content, ensuring consistency in presentation and branding. Curate Commission documentation and the team's digital asset library. Develop site maps and site page templates. Contribute to documenting the team's processes. Respond to Service Desk requests and incidents. Manage cross-functional workflows and ensure high-quality outcomes. Work independently within an environment of change and ambiguity. Skills and Experience Required: Ability to read, understand and interpret technical information to produce engaging digital content. Proficiency in estimating time to complete technical requirements and effective reporting. Strong technical skills in SharePoint, Visio, and DevOps, or the ability to quickly learn. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build productive working relationships. Desirable: Advanced knowledge of SharePoint site administration. Knowledge of SharePoint content management and creation. Project Management skills and experience with DevOps/Agile methodologies. Proficiency in the suite of Adobe editing tools.
