About the role: This is a phone-based sales position within a high-performing team that serves as the first point of contact for new KinCare customers.The role is autonomous, yet being a team player is essential, as you will collaborate closely to prioritise workloads.While the role is target and sales-driven, its core focus is to nurture and guide prospective customers and their families toward KinCare and our suite of in-home care services. You'll bring empathy and a customer-centric approach, building trust with future customers and their families.By carefully presenting information, you'll help them navigate the Aged Care journey with confidence. Other responsibilities include: Building and managing customer relationships to achieve outcomes, loyalty, and business results. Identifying solutions for customers and negotiating effectively, using sales and marketing techniques. Positively influencing and collaborating with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, 12-month contract position.While you'll have the flexibility to work from home, attendance at our Bella Vista office is required at least once a month, therefore you will need to be based in Sydney. About you: Experience in a Business-to-Consumer sales or customer service role via telephone (i.e., education, travel, professional services, healthcare, communications, etc). Highly sales-oriented and results-driven with the ability to meet targets. Strong communication skills, with the maturity and patience to work with vulnerable people over the phone. Ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand way for customers and their families. Excellent written skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate customer records. Strong computer literacy and/or CRM management skills. A genuine passion for helping others.
