Job Description
We are seeking an engaging and charismatic Privado Porter to join our team at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. As a Privado Porter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of memorable.
Responsibilities
* Owning the entrance of the hotel, assisting arriving and departing guests while providing exceptional service.
* Ensuring timely and seamless delivery and collection of guest luggage.
* Providing guest room escort and orientation upon arrival.
* Facilitating ice delivery upon request.
* Transporting guests throughout the property in golf cart.
* Chauffeuring guests within a 3-mile radius in hotel house car.
* Ensuring seamless car or taxi arrival/departure experience.
* Valet parking and retrieving vehicles for Privado hotel guests.
Qualifications
* Highly responsible and reliable.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
* Prior experience in a Forbes-rated hotel preferred.
* Must possess a professional presentation.
* Must possess a valid US Driver's License.
* Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.
