Our Client is seeking an individual who is a strong communicator at all levels, who can influence change, and with the exposure to the whole organisation, provide information, support and analysis.This is an organisation that has demonstrated again and again its commitment to its people, to lead as a key employer in the local area, supporting the continued growth & development of people within its business.Key responsibilities will include the following:Assist in the migration of financial data from the old system to the new - ensuring accuracy and completenessAssist in the testing of the system, identifying and reporting any issuesAssist in providing training and support to the finance departments and wider teamsSupport the creation of user guides and manualsConduct training sessionsAssist in preparing and maintaining financial reports during the transition periodAssist in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the finance function and assist in implementing changesWork closely with all relevant departments, such as Finance and ITKey Skills/QualificationsStrong organisational and time management skillsEffective communicator, across all stakeholdersProficiency in MS OfficeProven experience within a previous system or project support roleWhat's on OfferUp to £40,000 dependant on experience14 month contract25 days plus bank holidaysCar parkingStart as soon as possible for the right personIf you think you have what it takes to work in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a thriving business, please apply to this System Implementation/ Project Support job.
