You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving growth within the large enterprise sector. Key Responsibilities: Experience & Background: 10-12 years in software services sales within the Australian market, specializing in IT services, custom applications, or outsourcing. Strong sales credentials with a successful track record in the enterprise sector. Communication & Leadership: Excellent communicator, negotiator, and presenter with high-level engagement skills. Self-driven and effective in fast-paced environments. Education: Bachelor's in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive acquisition, retention, and growth. Opportunity Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving strategic client conversations from first contact to acquisition. Strategic Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and align solutions with their strategic objectives. Pipeline & Account Management: Develop a consistent lead pipeline, manage accounts, and communicate client needs to internal teams. SOW & Tender Management: Ensure timely and aligned submission of SOWs and tender responses.
