Clinical Leadership in Emergency Department
The primary objective of this position is to provide clinical leadership in the Hospital's Emergency Department. This involves actively assessing patients, providing support, and leading junior medical staff.
The role also entails coordinating patient management in collaboration with nursing staff and inpatient units to achieve Emergency Department (ED) performance indicators and organizational targets. Emergency Medicine Physicians in this role should possess comprehensive knowledge and experience in the broad spectrum of Emergency Medicine.

About Our Facility
Situated 150 km east of Melbourne, our facility is a primary regional provider of specialist health services across Gippsland. These services include hospital-based, sub-acute, and mental health services. We are approaching the completion of a significant expansion that will enhance our facilities, introducing improved maternity and pediatric units, a larger intensive care unit, additional medical and surgical beds, and expanded operating theaters.
