They have a beautiful office in city and are now looking for a Personal Assistant to provide support to an award-winning Partner. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant / Personal Assistant with extensive knowledge in Wills & Estates. This varied role will provide you with lots of file management and client contact. Some of your duties will include; Probate and letter of administration Documentation preparation for Estate Litigation Diary and travel arrangements File maintenance Typing of correspondence and legal documents Billing and any other administrative duties About You To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in Wills and Estates Planning. You will have strong organisational skills, be efficient and have the ability to juggle a busy workload and varying deadlines.
