About the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (the NDIS Commission) is an independent agency established on 1 July 2018 to improve the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services. The Commission is the dedicated national regulator of NDIS service providers in Australia and a non-corporate entity under the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
The NDIS Commission works with people with disability, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), governments and the sector who together deliver the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We strongly and actively encourage applicants from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including people with disability, First Nations peoples, people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds and LGBTIQA+. Security and Workplace Services
Security and Workplace Services is responsible for enhancing the Commission’s business, security and resilience capability through strategically and operationally managing the national fleet, property and accommodation portfolio. Our protective security and resilience management programs ensure our people, properties and assets remain safe, accessible, secure and fit for purpose across the Commission's footprint.
