Job Profile Summary Identify acquisition opportunities consistent with strategic priorities.
Conduct origination activities for identified priorities, leveraging market intelligence to develop target lists and working with business sponsors to prioritize.
Lead deal structuring, due-diligence and negotiating efforts using expertise in the development of business cases, business valuations and investment scenario modelling.
Manage the end-to-end corporate development process with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop operating models and integration plans to enable the onboarding of acquired companies.
Maintain strong relationships with the V&A ecosystem, including key investment bankers, Private Equity funds and third-party advisors.
