As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful HCM Transformation programs for one of our clients.ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering and Analysis in large HCM transformation projectsElicit, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders within the finance industry.Collaborate with clients to understand their HR and payroll processes, systems, and data.Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases.Analyse business requirements, management systems, process performance, and technical solutionsConduct gap analysis and provide recommendations to relevant stakeholdersDefining business processes through detailed investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information To be successful in this role Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Senior Business/Technical Analyst in HR and payroll implementation projects.Proven expertise in Workday or any HCM implementations, with a deep understanding of HR and payroll modules.System knowledge in Kronos and Preceda.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
