The Team:Admissions Team provides clerical support and assistance for all administrative functions related to the admission process within all areas of the Admission Centre, Royal Hobart Hospital.The Role:Under the limited supervision and direction of the Manager and the Team Coordinator - Admissions Centre and in consultation with the Nurse Unit Managers within the relevant areas, the Admissions Clerk will:Perform administrative duties in accordance with established procedures and practices.Use initiative to resolve issues and satisfy client and stakeholder requirements in the performance of tasks.Apply initiative, judgement, discretion and sensitivity in prioritising tasks to ensure that deadlines are met in an environment that is subject to specific timeframes.Details of Appointment:Permanent, part-time, shift worker position, working up to 37.5 hours per fortnight, including weekends and public holidays, commencing as soon as possible. Notwithstanding, hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full-time, part-time, and casual vacancies.Salary:$73,811 to $79,779 pro rata per annum + our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
