Position:
We are seeking a Mechatronics Engineer with expertise in product miniaturization to join our innovative team. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of compact, lightweight, and high-performance systems that set new benchmarks in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop mechanical, electronic, and control systems for miniaturized optical radar solutions.
2. Collaborate across teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components seamlessly.
3. Optimize product designs for size, weight, and thermal efficiency using advanced materials and simulation tools.
4. Conduct analysis and testing to ensure structural integrity, durability, and compliance with industry standards.
5. Apply cutting-edge technologies, including MEMS, high-density PCBs, and embedded systems, to achieve miniaturization goals.
6. Use CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) to create detailed 3D models and manufacturing blueprints.
7. Perform thermal and structural simulations with tools like ANSYS, COMSOL, or MATLAB.
8. Drive innovation in lightweight material applications, including composites and advanced polymers.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience in miniaturizing products and designing lightweight systems.
3. Proficiency in CAD software for 3D modeling and simulation.
4. Strong understanding of MEMS, high-density PCB design, and embedded systems.
5. Experience with thermal management and structural optimization techniques.
6. Knowledge of lightweight materials like composites or polymers.
7. Familiarity with advanced manufacturing techniques, such as precision machining or 3D printing.
8. Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
