About the Role:
Due to growth, RAAFA is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the Marketing and Communications Manager in creating and delivering effective content and digital support to RAAFA WA.
Key Responsibilities:
* CRM & EDM Management: Build and manage a database within Microsoft Customer Insights and schedule EDMS to different audiences.
* Digital Advertising and Reporting: Plan and manage PPC campaigns on Google Search, LinkedIn, and social media platforms, including Meta. Report monthly on all analytics.
* Digital Assets: Oversee and manage the implementation of our Digital Management System. Train and support other staff using the DMS.
* Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and Campaign Optimisation: Analyse website and campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement UX best practices to improve conversion rates.
* WordPress LPs: Assist and create WordPress landing pages for campaigns, using the Elementor theme or another WordPress app.
* CRM Collaboration & Digital Experiences: Work with cross-functional teams to provide training, support, and insights based on CRM data and implement excellent customer digital experiences.
* Automation & Workflow: Design automated workflows to streamline processes and improve marketing efficiency. Design customer journeys and our membership portal.
* SEO Optimisation and GMB: Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic. Manage Google Business Profiles.
* Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), generate insights from analytics tools, and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
About You:
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or a related field.
* Relevant vocational qualifications in digital marketing or CRM is desirable.
* Demonstrated experience and success in advertising, digital media, campaign execution, and data analysis and reporting.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Experience in managing social media accounts and implementing SEO strategies.
* Experience in PPC campaigns and WordPress LPs.
* Collaborative Nature: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and Managers to execute the delivery of digital marketing initiatives.
* Organisational Skills: Strong time management and prioritisation skills to meet tight deadlines.
* Flexibility: Understand we are at the very beginning of our digitising journey, and there are some fundamental digital assets.
* Demonstrated knowledge in reporting on Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO, Meta and WordPress and Microsoft Customer Insight.
