Your Impact: Reporting to the Head of Marketing ANZ and based in Southbank, VIC, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Brand Manager and Digital Manager to deliver consumer-centric campaigns and track their performance across the fresh milk portfolio. With great exposure across the business, you will support the development of the annual marketing brand plan for the ANZ business unit and be an integral part of bringing our key brand assets to life. More specifically, you will be involved in: Delivering consumer offline and retailer content from briefing to approval and launch. Working with the Digital Manager to develop engaging online and social content. Supporting the Senior Brand Manager to deliver Woolworths CPP and Coles Citrus campaigns online. Managing CAD approvals and asset dispatches to all media partners. Managing marketing spend and reconciling monthly against a marketing tracker. Providing marketing inputs into the monthly demand reviews. Tracking competitor advertising and promotional activity. What you will bring: Minimum of 3 years' experience in consumer marketing with experience in a reputable Consumer Product Goods business. Strong digital and social media proficiency including content development and campaign tracking. Experience developing marketing initiatives to increase product visibility on retailer's platforms / in-store. Solid financial acumen including sales forecasting and the management of marketing investment. Strong presentation and communication skills. End-to-end project management skills.
