The Role The Nurse Manager Professional Practice and Leadership is responsible for nursing professional practice and leadership initiatives within the Nursing and Midwifery & Clinical Governance Directorate at Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network (Justice Health NSW). The role works collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the scope of practice for Justice Health NSW nurses and midwives is clearly defined. Developing, implementing, and evaluating policies and procedures related to professional practice.
