The company: Our inner-city Architecture client is seeking a Finance and Administration Coordinator to join their team. As a medium-sized practice with a small support team, you need to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and have a team-focused approach to work. The role: Due to the varied and hybrid nature of the position, you will report into both the Finance Manager and the Studio Manager, and be a key support to Principals and wider team. Duties will include: Assist production of submissions and fee proposals, track submissions, and new job enquiries Project set up in Total Synergy, tracking and updating information Finance support including; invoicing, debtor management, AP, AR, reporting General administration including; managing general enquiries, post, booking couriers, maintain security register and passes, printing, scanning, filing Skills and experience required: Software; Strong MS Office incl Excel (essential) knowledge of Xero (essential) Total Synergy (advantageous) Prior experience in Architecture/Design industry (would consider experience in other disciplines – engineering, construction, planning, property development) Ability to work autonomously and be self-driven Excellent organisation, communication and planning skills Strong collaboration skills and ability to liaise with staff at all levels The successful applicant must pass a Police Check prior to commencement.
