Role Summary
This Partner-level opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional ready to lead a portfolio of significant value. Managing a book of business generating approximately $1M in fees, you will provide strategic tax and business advisory to a sophisticated client base of privately held businesses and their owners. The role involves mentoring a dynamic team, expanding client relationships, and playing a key role in the strategic development of the firm. This is a high-impact position with a clear path to equity partnership for the right individual. This role can be based in either the Sydney or Melbourne office.
Key Responsibilities Lead and grow a $1M+ fee portfolio of clientsDeliver expert business advisory and tax planning servicesGuide clients on succession, asset protection, and structuringOversee the preparation of complex financial statements and tax returnsManage client engagements from planning through to completionDrive new business through strategic networking and referralsBuild, mentor, and develop a high-performing compliance & advisory teamEnsure compliance with current taxation legislation and standardsIdentify opportunities to enhance client profitability and business valueRequirements CA or CPA qualified with 10+ years' experience in business services and taxDemonstrated leadership in managing a client portfolio over $750kStrong technical expertise in tax, business structuring, and complianceCommercially astute with a passion for helping clients grow and protect their wealthExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to lead and develop teams within a professional services environmentComfortable presenting and communicating complex ideas clearly to clientsKnowledge of cloud-based accounting platforms such as Xero and MYOBEligible to work permanently in Australia (citizen, PR, or long-term visa holders only)Application Process
