Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to on of our key boutique clients in the northern suburbs. This role supports the Sales and Business Development teams in driving the sales process, managing key reporting duties, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is Monday - Friday. Responsibilities: Reporting: Weekly sales updates, meeting minutes, finance reports, and external partner reports. BDM Support: Finance updates, title date changes, deposit follow-ups, invoicing, post-sales assistance, House & Land pricing, and brochures. Contract Preparation: Draft and distribute new construction contracts. Marketing Support: Event prep, presentations, on-site/off-site support, occasional after-hours/weekend work. Other Duties: Land transaction assistance, stock list management (if needed), and general day to day management assistance. Support of the overall sales process where required Qualifications and Skills: At least 1 year experience in sales associate/coordintar/administrator roles preferably in the residential space. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
