About the role
The Village Manager is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the village are effectively managed and that the lifestyle and hospitality needs of all residents are met.
Some of the key duties and responsibilities include:
1. Delivery of key services including care, cleaning, gardening, and maintenance
2. Assist with the apartment sale/resale process
3. Supervision of village maintenance requirements including liaising with external contractors
4. Monitoring village income and expenditure in line with the annual operating and capital works budgets
About you
Ideally, you have completed a tertiary qualification in Business Administration and have knowledge of the Retirement Living industry. Hospitality experience would also be highly regarded, as would experience in a sales role.

8. Well-developed organisational skills with demonstrated experience in meeting deadlines while juggling competing priorities
9. A high level of initiative and have a commonsense approach when solving problems or making decisions
