Key responsibilities of the role involve: Develop and drive strategies and financial targets for both international and Australian markets, aligned with business growth goals. Lead and develop internal sales teams and manage external agencies/distributors, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and goals. Coordinate with creative, e-commerce, and marketing teams to align sales strategies and retail placements, and create merchandising guides. Set and monitor sales targets, conduct sales training, provide regular sales/inventory updates, and oversee reporting processes for key insights. Build strong relationships across teams, conduct market analyses, support trend analysis, and collaborate on product range planning to meet sales targets and retailer goals.
