About the role
The role of the Change and Release Analyst provides support for the planning, implementation and execution of ITIL based Change and Release processes. In addition, the Change and Release Analyst assists in the governance around the movement of applications and changes across all IT environments from development to production. The role will analyse, identify and communicate IT availability and identify conflicts between competing demands for those IT environments.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Degree qualification in Information Technology or related field OR demonstrated solid contemporary experience in a similar role, combined with ongoing professional development.
* Demonstrated experience working as an IT Change and Release Analyst within a medium to large corporate entity, managing multiple development and test environments with conflicting demands.
* Excellent knowledge of ITIL based change, configuration, and release management processes.
* Proven experience developing and implementing change and release management frameworks.
* Technical knowledge including the ability to accurately and objectively evaluate and manage risks and issues relating to the change and release of systems and infrastructure.
* Proven leadership skills and strong stakeholder management and engagement experience.

Other important information
* The salary range for this position ranges between $85k to $92k (dependent on skills and experience) plus 11.5% superannuation
* Permanent full-time role.
* 9 day fortnight access.
* Hybrid and flexible working conditions available for this role.
* This role is located at the Wyong Administration Building.
