About The Role:
Responsible for management and maintenance of Dr. Martens Australia & New Zealand’s eCommerce Websites. Assist the eCommerce Manager to deliver the digital strategy and provide a superior eCommerce experience.
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Website Management & Maintenance
* Drive online sales to help meet financial targets and profit budgets. Ensure the experience for the online customer is reflective of the brand’s UPS’s & customer service values.
* End-to-end management of new product uploads, including copywriting, coordinating photography, and inventory management.
* Ensure product enrichment is managed efficiently, with strong attention to detail and in a timely manner.
* Effectively and efficiently create and maintain product data spreadsheets for enrichment (Microsoft Excel).
* Online product merchandising and daily review of site to ensure all product content is current, accurate, relevant, and aligned with digital merchandising and content strategy.
* Maintain the management categorization of all products on-site, regularly updating new arrivals, best sellers, and sale products.
* Collaborate and liaise with product team to understand product delivery dates and SOH across the retail network to manage online product enrichment processes and timelines.
* Work with SEO teams to ensure products and content are optimized for search and adhere to SEO best practices.
* Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and retail activities with regular and relevant content updates.
* Manage homepage banner and website content updates to align with the digital marketing calendar.
* Support Ecommerce Manager with pricing & promotions as required.
Content Marketing
* Implementation of digital and content marketing plan that delivers increased engagement and conversion rates.
* Proactively manage and maintain integrity of the subscriber database ensuring it is up-to-date and as accurate as possible.
* Support the CRM team to grow the subscriber database through implementation of tactical acquisition campaigns.
* Support retail network in updating store contact details on the websites and through Google Places.
* Develop and implement relevant content and product landing pages to support marketing campaigns as required.
* Assist in the implementation of the content marketing strategy through the email marketing, social, and blog channels, whilst ensuring all content is on brand.
* Analyse and report on ROI of campaign outcomes.
* Blog copywriting and SEO implementation.
Customer Experience
* Deliver on-brand, best-in-class online customer experience.
* Apply a customer-centric approach to all work.
* Acting as the eCommerce ambassador and supporting the customer service team to ensure all online customers are given an outstanding level of customer service experience.
* Liaise and collaborate with various departments to ensure we are delivering best in class, seamless customer experience.
* Be the first point of contact for the network and customer service team for operational & product concerns.
Web Development
* Provide technical and testing support with responsive, problem-solving abilities.
* Troubleshoot site process issues or customer service queries and escalate as required.
* Assist with the implementation of new website features and integrations when necessary.
* Assist in site testing.
Sales Analysis, Reporting & Administration
* Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner and reporting deadlines are met.
* Contribute to weekly online performance and trade reports.
* Monitor online and in-store top-selling products to assist in optimization of onsite product merchandising.
* Attend regular meetings as required, producing documentation of topics covered with clear outcomes and action points.
* Provide support to other eCommerce team members as required.
What we are looking for:
* Proficient in the use of AP21 highly regarded.
* Comfortable with V look up, pivot tables, and Excel formulas.
* Photoshop or graphic design experience highly regarded.
* Google Analytics experience (or similar).
* Copywriting capabilities.
* Footwear and trend obsessed, passionate about the retail/digital/social space.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Passionate, with a can-do attitude.
