With a focus on collaboration, accountability, respect, and excellence, mining is carried out using open cut mining methods comprising of a mix of dragline and truck/shovel and high wall mining operations. Working in partnership with the local Blackwater community, they are proud to provide support across community organisations, health care, education, sport, culture, indigenous communities, and local tourism.
What You Will Be DoingThe successful candidates will be responsible for:
Handled enquiries via reception, phone, and email professionally and efficientlyWorked closely with teams across Maintenance, Production, and other departments to meet shared goals and keep operations running smoothlyProvided detailed administration support, including organising travel, reception duties, managing inboxes, coordinating mail runs, and entering data for maintenance and miningRegularly supported department leaders with administration tasks to help keep things running smoothlyHelped plan and put in place admin processes and policiesActed in line with the company's values and code of conductAll Administrative and ad hoc duties as required by leaders and stakeholdersWhat You Will NeedCertificate IV in Business or AdministrationMinimum 12 months experience in a Mining AdministrationCurrent Coal board medical and S11Strong computer literacy skills including but not limited to proficiency in MS Office Suite, Oracle, SAP and / or FPEExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentWhat's in it for you?Monday to Friday, 40 hours a weekDIDO or Residential roleImmediate startOpportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environmentGreat culture and safety standards on siteApply NowCaitlyn Bonaventura or Job Reference Number 7396J202553857
