We are looking for a heavy haulage Fleet Supervisor to join the MGM team.
This role presents a unique opportunity to assist in leading and supervising our heavy haulage operators and transport fleet.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Fleet Supervisor to join our South West team on a rotating 4/3/4 roster based at our depot in Picton.
To be successful you must be passionate about making tonnage requirements and deadlines whilst demonstrating a strong focus on safety and employee leadership.
We are looking for a dynamic individual that has worked within a similar role for a minimum of 3-5 years that wants to develop their career further with a business that will only grow from strength to strength.
What skills are needed for the role?
Excellent communication skills both oral and written Experience using MS Office Suite for document creation and maintenance Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Establish and maintain effective relationships throughout all levels of the business Own a positive and respectful leadership style that encourages, supports and leads by example.
