Mures Lower Deck are looking for a new Duty Manager.We are looking for someone:
who enjoys a fast paced work environmentwho is naturally warm and genuine in their service style,who is customer focused and wants to create only the best guest experience,who will be a role model, mentor, and support for their team.We know that every day can be different but key tasks will include:
Shift planning and pre-shift communication with all staff.Ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and procedures. Upholding service standards and guest experience throughout your shift through observation and timely reactions to service bottlenecks or potential issues.Dealing with potential issues before they escalate and managing service recovery.Opening and closing the venue including cash handling in line with company policy.Assisting with staff training and performance development.Managing staffing levels and labour cost while on shift.Troubleshooting any FOH issues as they arise.Leading your team with a positive and supportive attitude.You will be working alongside our General Manager and within a supportive team of Duty Managers to ensure excellence in operations at all times.
