As a Service Centre Consultant at State Trustees, you'll ensure an outstanding client experience, demonstrating ownership and accountability. Your role includes resolving client interactions, utilising tailored communication techniques, and making financial decisions aligned with clients' preferences and budgets. With a focus on stakeholder engagement and information management, you'll contribute to a dynamic team that values strong relationships and impactful solutions.
This empowering full-time role consists of a 38-hour week from Monday to Friday (8:30am -4:30pm or 9:00am -5:00pm). After a comprehensive 3-months of training, flexible work arrangements await, allowing you to work 2 days from home and 3 days in the office.
Skills and Experience
1. Proven success in dynamic, client-focused, and team environments
2. Customer service background, call centre experience is advantageous
3. Strong professional communication skills, maintaining composure under pressure
4. Experience in empathetically addressing clients with disabilities, mental health issues, and adverse personal circumstances
5. Life skills encompassing financial literacy, including budgeting, bank account management, and prioritising financial responsibilities
6. Adept at multitasking with Microsoft Office expertise. Efficiently manages multiple tasks, including navigating various systems and applications. Confident in both verbal and accurate written communication
