Customer Service Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team of professionals in a full time and permanent basis.
Duties:
* Maintain good customer relationships
* Oversee and assist with customer queries and concerns
* Process customer and supplier invoices using company specific software
* Provide customer summaries and reports using company specific software and excel
* Liaise with contractors and third parties to coordinate customer service outcomes
* Maintain business records
* Account reconciliations
* Ensure the company's policies, procedures and standards are adhered to
* Co-ordination of personnel activities including but not limited to safety, training and supervision
* Report and collaborate with senior management to promote growth with customers and suppliers
Requirements:
* Customer service focused
* Good communication over the phone, in person and via email
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
* Effective time management
* Ability to work both autonomously and in a team
