What will you be doing?
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the world of insurance broking. This entry-level role will involve providing support and assistance with all aspects of servicing of client insurance needs as required by senior staff members.
Duties include:
* Preparation and processing of documents
* Assisting with general team administration
* Any additional duties required in the daily servicing of clients such as processing client accounts and billing
* Communicating promptly with clients via email and phone
* Maintaining records and producing reports and questionnaires
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
* Have drive, passion and a desire to make a difference.
* Be able to think creatively and challenge the status quo.
* Be capable of following directions and working collaboratively with others, while also being self-motivated and able to manage own workload.
* Be organised, proactive and able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
* Be quality-driven with a high level of attention to detail.
* Have a strong ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to pitch in.
It would be great if you had:
* Some level of customer service experience.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
* Knowledge of commercial and retail insurance is an asset.
