Client & Office Services Assistant / Corporate Receptionist We are seeking a Client & Office Services Assistant / Corporate Receptionist to be our first point of contact for our clients and employees. 01st April, 2025 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client & Office Services Assistant / Corporate Receptionist to join our Client and Office Services team. You will be the first port of call for our valued clients, visitors and team in our Perth office along with delivering high quality and professional office facilities for HopgoodGanim including face-to-face client care for both our internal and external clients.Key to this role is providing exceptional service to both internal and external clients, including responsibility for:greeting clients in a warm and professional manner on arrival;answering calls promptly and managing the switchboard operation;managing conference room bookings and servicing rooms;preparing coffees and other beverages;opening and distributing mail;document production (printing, binding, scanning, copying);processing incoming and outgoing couriers and mail (postage);management of Safe Custody;archiving management;ordering catering and assisting with event setups when required;ensuring the reception area is tidy at all times;maintenance of client and staff kitchens;stocktaking consumables;assisting marketing team with function set up and pack downs;other administration duties as required.About youWe are looking for someone who understands how to provide that 'next level' customer service and has held a similar position in a professional services or ideally, in a tourism or hospitality environment. Having experience working 'front of house' would be advantageous. You will be a team player, well-presented and have strong interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to manage the demands of a busy role including high levels of organisation and efficiency and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.We are looking for someone with a strong sense of proactivity and curiosity to always deliver high levels of service.
