General reception and telephone enquiries. How to apply To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible Certificate II in Business administration and/or experience providing administration support, preferably within a healthcare setting. Demonstrated intermediate computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and data entry. Experience with cash management, collection of fees and processing of accounts. Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Understanding of cultural awareness issues and the need for cultural sensitivity.
