The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.We are currently searching for a Senior Project Engineer (Buildings) to join our team on Project Ceres, based in Perth. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the main buildings packages (e.g. Critical Control Room, NPI) during construction and commissioning, while also being involved in engineering and procurement. These are just a few words that describe you.ResponsibilitiesLead the structural engineering design and implementation for a variety of projects, including NPI (Non-Process Infrastructure), commercial buildings, and critical control rooms.Ensure compliance with Australian Standards (AS) and other relevant building codes and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.Work in conjunction with both offshore engineering office and client requirements.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within scope.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve engineering challenges and drive design innovation.Manage client expectations and provide expert guidance on technical aspects of the project.Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction processes align with design and quality standards.Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal teams and clients.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement processes within the team.We have created an environment that brings out the best in our people.
