This role will support some of Australia's most prestigious and unique hotels to achieve the core purpose of creating lifelong memories.What can you expect from a day in this role?We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to collaborate with the Head of Brand & Marketing in driving national and international brand awareness and influencing of revenue targets.
Based in Hobart, you will be the custodian of each brand in the tourism portfolio, accountable for maintaining brand equity, differentiation, and alignment to our highly valued target customer segments.
This is a hands-on role, where you'll be accountable for the following, but not limited to:Develop and implement marketing plans and activities, including campaign creation, promotions, sponsorships, events, PR, experiences, and advertising.Provide assistance and support to facilitate media famils or requests to showcase our brands and their offerings.Develop comprehensive briefs outlining objectives, target audience, key messages, and deliverables for integrated marketing campaigns.Devise communication plans across platforms and mediums with proficiency to deliver on those plans and provide art direction, as required, on content creation.Build and maintain media kits and brand guides containing essential information about each brand, its products, and services.Manage coordination of workflow and requests, marketing and event calendars, invoicing and budget tracking, file management, and any other general admin requirements.What will you bring to the role?We are seeking a passionate candidate who is highly organised, creative and curious, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a diverse and ever-changing work environment.
You will be a strong communicator with proven success in marketing multi-brand portfolios.
Experience in consumer marketing and tourism/hospitality is favourable, as is experience with premium/luxury brand management.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:Success in developing content that builds a strong brand narrative both online and offline.Extensive experience in the development and execution of results-driven marketing and PR go-to-market plans.A sound understanding of customer personas and brand guidelines, working across a diverse portfolio.High-level knowledge and experience in email marketing, organic and paid social media.Excellent written and verbal communication, with a sharp eye for detail.Highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Excellent project management skills and ability to work across multiple and conflicting deadlines, within a team, and autonomously.Ability to review data sources, campaign performance, and guest feedback to draw insights and optimise channels and campaigns accordingly.What you can expect from usThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Brand Manager or Specialist to broaden their experience within a friendly and supportive team across Tasmania's most iconic luxury hotels.
