A Day in the Life We are currently seeking 5 trainees to complete your Certificate III in Business and to be based in our Penrith Customer Service team. As a Trainee, you will be an integral part of our dynamic and supportive Student Recruitment team. Your day will involve assisting current and prospective students, answering their queries via phone and email. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, you will develop valuable communication and customer service skills, helping students find the right courses and providing support navigating their TAFE journey. Each day presents a new opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute, with the chance to apply your knowledge from your Certificate III in Business in real-world situations. You’ll also collaborate closely with your team, participate in regular training, and receive ongoing support to ensure you succeed both personally and professionally. Essential Criteria Aboriginality (Aboriginality is a genuine occupational qualification and is authorised under Section 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act of 1977).
