This is an opportunity to work alongside some of the best within the hospitality industry at a prominent hotel & bistro located in regional south east Victoria, approximately 130kms from Melbourne. We are looking for a bright, positive, and motivated individual as our Restaurant Manager while working with a team to deliver exceptional service and guest experience standards.

You will demonstrate at least three years of experience in a similar management role You will have a very good hospitality business acumen, understanding of rostering, operational costings, and team development You are a dedicated hospitality professional You will be available to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays You will be keen to learn and expand on your existing hospitality management knowledge You will enjoy teamwork and a customer-focused environment Wine knowledge If this is you, then please apply. Qualifications:
A Diploma of Hospitality or a minimum of 3 years experience The role also offers the opportunity for sponsorship if required as the venue is classed as regional.
