The Role
The Floor Manager owns the execution of service on the floor, guiding the team of floor staff to deliver an exceptional experience at every stage of the guest's journey.
You will have experience in managing a team, ideally in a high-end environment with an emphasis on VIP, luxury offerings.
* Leading from the front, ensuring your team understands what exceptional looks like everyday.
* Upskilling and developing each team member specifically around premium product knowledge and service standards.
To Be Successful
To be successful in this role, you will ideally:
* Have at least 6+ months experience working in a similar Manager or Assistant Manager role.
* Experience within a high-end establishment either in hospitality or retail will be highly desired.
* Have a passion for customer service and creating the best experience possible for your guests.
* Enjoy working evenings and getting a real buzz out of ensuring a magical evening is had by all.
