We are seeking a skilled and versatile professional to join our team as a Bookkeeper and Recruiter. This part-time, hybrid role requires expertise in managing finances, recruitment, and general office support. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping: Manage financial records, invoicing, account reconciliation, payroll, and compliance using Xero. Generate financial reports and maintain budgets. Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including job ads, candidate screening, and onboarding. Maintain a candidate database and ensure HR compliance. Requirements: Experience in bookkeeping and recruitment processes in Australia. Proficiency in Xero, Excel, G-suite, and HR platforms. Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with external accountants.
