The Role Support the GM in all aspects of venue operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Adapt to different environments, from general pub fare, to cocktail bars, nightclubs, bistros, gaming, and premium dining. Assist in developing and implementing procedures to enhance productivity and guest experience. Lead and mentor staff, fostering a motivated and high-performing team. Oversee and contribute to functions, events, entertainment programming, reporting, and compliance. You Experience in an Assistant Manager or 2IC role in a large-scale venue. Ability to change hats between different venue styles, experience in similar multi-faceted venues or a varied background in hospitality management are advantageous. Strong knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and operations. Confidence in managing a fast-paced venue with multiple outlets. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
